Currently I am in the Commercial Transportation Industry; my experiences include
10 years in a company capacity and 19 years as a company owner. My extensive kn
owledge in the business, legal and mechanical aspect of the industry, in which i
ncludes all endorsements on my commercial drivers license (CDL). I have receive
d numerous safety awards from my previous carriers, as well as sitting on the Sa
fety Review Board/Appeals, in which I have had to rule on various occurrences an
d incidents that have come about during a drivers career. (Reviewing evidence an

After so many changes in the transportation industry it was time for a change in
my career, still making a contribution to a prospective employer while growing
at the same time. Ive studied extensively for two years online courses in which
I received my license from Texas Department of Insurance, property and casualty
adjusters. As a business owner, I have retained skills that are parallel to ar
eas in the insurance industry. Preparing proof of loss as it pertains to the tra
nsportation industry, accident investigations, also ruling on the Safety Review
Board. Ive also prepared Commercial General Liability claims (completed operat
ions claims) that are supported by court documentation. Through other various a
reas, I have been contracted out through FEMA and U.S. military installations al
ways maintaining a strong customer service attitude. I am also currently qualif
ied to access current rule changes of Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations
as prescribed by U.S. Department Transportation.
