Managed a manpower project for a LNG process plant in Equatorial
Guinea, Africa employing over 190 contractors from sixteen different
countries. Participated in the recruiting, hiring & mobilization
processes of new hires, and provided weekly reports of current
mobilization status, as well as project status reports via conference
call. Maintained master personnel reports illustrating salary trends
and employee distributions, and interfaced with client HR department
in management of the workforce, including training, compliance,
annual medicals, safety program participation and logistics.

Frontera Offshore, Inc. / Seadragon Offshore
Provided project budget and cost analysis in advance of start of
offshore drilling contract. This included budgeting for personnel,
both onshore and offshore, onshore logistics and operations base, and
assist with forecasting of onshore infrastructure and requirements
needed for project startup. This project was for a multiyear contract
for a deepwater semisubmersible drilling platform, which is due to
start in 2011.

Co-managed offshore accommodation platform installation and
commissioning project. Work scope included management and outsourcing
of up to 150 personnel, coordination of onshore and offshore
logistics, control of invoicing and billing the client. Provided and
maintained temporary onshore infrastructure for clients operations in
Mexico throughout the contract.

Obtained and co-managed distributorship contract with Dr. Shrink,
Inc. becoming their sole distributor in Mexico. Designed and
developed marketing materials, managed all supplier relations,
conducted live sales demonstrations for potential clients,
established and maintained a market for new technology in packaging
for the petroleum industry.
