payroll was run Jan 2008. The team consisted of both 20 On-Shore
and 8 Off-shore resources.

* Project Manager for a Global SAP implementation for a large
manufacturing conglomerate specializing in new and remanufactured
mechanical and electrical systems. Part of the role required
travel and work at the Indian development center.
* Acted as SAP (ECC 5.0) Quality Audit Lead for a Global
manufacturing company and managed 6 off-shore resources.

Senior Manager - SAP
Provided Program Management in three business areas:
* Proposal Manager over three successful proposals for SAP and
business transformation implementations while participating in
recruiting programs for both experienced and campus level
consultants. Proposal Manager for five sales initiatives that
resulted in over $20 million of both follow-on and new business
in 2005.
* Project Manager for a Sarbanes-Oxley IT 404 audit and testing
of the Global Financial and HR systems for Merck Pharmaceutical's
Global Headquarters. Included reviewing, testing and documenting
IT processes against control activities, managed both Deloitte
and client personnel and met all the milestones of a very tight
schedule. Systems included both company developed applications
and PeopleSoft. Member of the core team reviewing the client's
current systems and developing a future IT Strategy.
* Program Advisor at Cat Logistics in Peoria, IL (partnership
with Bombardier), for SAP A&D requirements during the SAP
blueprint phase; coordinated resources; managed and developed
training requirements with the HR department; and managed
application and hardware fees. Reported to several Partners
depending on the client activity.

2003 - 2004
Senior Manager - SAP and Enterprise Solution
Acted as Deployment Manager at Honeywell Phoenix Engine Systems
Group implementing SAP 4.7. Worked with both the engines and
avionics divisions as Program Manager.
* Managed day to day activities of the implementation including
project plan, budget and expenses, risk and issue management,
team management, quality reviews / checks, and change management.
* Implemented the deployment strategy.
* Reported Project Status to executive sponsor and client C
Level.
* Integrated SAP to new Servigistics implementation to replace
Xelus. Six Sigma and Lean were both a part of the SAP Global
blueprinting phase of the implementation.

* Evaluated VIA, an automotive MES software application
developer, for a potential business partnership. The software
functionality included tracking (for warranty), sequencing,
error proofing, and routings required by automakers for In-Line
Vehicle Sequencing (ILVS).
Xansa Consulting, Reading, UK (left N.A. in 2003 now Steria)
2000 - 2003
The primary software implementation offerings included SAP,
Siebel, and PeopleSoft with the major focus on SAP and Siebel.
Worked mainly with Goodrich in San Diego, Troy, OH and Toronto,
and also with the US Army and Raytheon.

Managed SAP 4.6c implementation at Goodrich Wheels and Brakes in
Troy Ohio. The project included visits to six locations for
manufacturing; warehousing and maintenance repair and overhaul
facilities.
* The project was planned for 28 months and 5 go-live deployments
with 1200+ end users at 6 major North American locations and 10
satellite locations (6 domestic and 4 foreign) at an estimated
cost of $28 million. This project was ultimately canceled due to
the business effects of 911.

RRC Aerospace and Defense Company formerly known as Allison Gas
Turbine Division - General Motors until December 1993.

Managed 4 supervisors, 25 salary employees, for the
Implementation of Integrated Program Management processes in 6
departments (110 employees).
* Participated in a 3 month review of the existing SAP PS / CATS
plan to determine the priority for IPM versus PS - IPM remained
as the first priority.
* Participated in numerous software review / selection including
the decision to upgrade company PC computers.
* Managed the Document Management partner Xerox activities
including contract supervision for a Print Shop with high quality
color and high volume black and white printing and information
services. Initiatives included activating Xerox document
centers to include faxing, printing and scanning functions in
addition to copying.
* Improved corporate travel procedures with roll out of national
cell phones contract with Sprint.
Program Manager Year 2000 Readiness
1998 - 2000
* Inventoried, reviewed, renovated, verified and audited all
equipment, systems, networks and programs across all departments.
Included both hands-on testing of software and hardware. IT
Inventory included Mainframe systems, 7 mid-range (primarily SUN
and DEC), Distributed environment of over 3000 PCs, 650
workstations, over 100 software packages, all telephone systems
and replaced time and attendance system (budget approximately
$7 million).
* Managed and was responsible for both RRC and their IT partner
EDS.
* Program Manager of 2 additional key projects in this timeframe
that required matrix reporting and project reviews with UK
leadership.
Program Manager ERP / SAP Business Integration
1998 - 1999
Coordinated new and existing ERP activities; planned and
coordinated version upgrades, enhancements, and integration of
all ERP programs with the primary focus on SAP across all
departments. Reported directly to the Vice President of Quality
and Business Improvement.
Project Leader SAP Implementation Project
1996 - 1998
* Successfully implemented SAP Material Management, Procurement,
Production Planning, Manufacturing, Financial, Controlling,
Quality and portions of Sales, Warehouse, HR (interfacing with
PeopleSoft), Project, Profitability Analysis and interfaces to
legacy systems with budget of approximately $28 million.
* Managed entire team for the development and rollout of SAP
consisting of 120 fulltime personnel, 7 Program Managers, IT
partner EDS and consultant employees, 40 part-time employees and
50 virtual team members.
* Coordinated SAP / R3 with other new systems including
Computervision-Optegra, Documentum, Metaphase, Vantive and
Vertex.
* Managed planning for a second implementation that included
Customer Relationship Management, Project Systems and Business
Warehouse.
* Created new ATM network to support SAP volume increase.
* Passed an ISO 9000 annual audit just 20 days after going live
that was extremely important to the ongoing business practices
and procedures.

* Served as Functional Lead to the current ERP application.
* Participated as a member of APICS, which was instrumental in
RRC rejoining APICS in 1996 for both training and best practices
support.
* Facilitated recommendations and initiated improvements as a
special assignment in 1995 for the Evansville Special Products
Facility in the manufacturing and quality policies and
procedures; engineering change control and procurement;
improvements in functionality of the WDS (Western Data Systems)
software for shop floor, all due to transition from prototype to
production parts for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF).
