Present Position
Promoted to National Sales Trainer after consistently having the greatest sales
, the greatest sales increases, the greatest number of skus, and the greatest nu
mber of new stores opened in the United States. Because of my success in these a
reas I was promoted and my responsibilities now include going to all Regions an
d working personally with representatives (both distributor and Field Reps), tea
ching them how to open up new pet store accounts as well as techniques for incre
asing sales in current Pet food retailers, Veterinarians and chain store account
s. Due to my success with National Chain Stores Pet Supplies Plus stores, my res
ponsibilities also include all National chain accounts. I assist in opening new
distribution as well as motivating distributor representatives to prioritize our

Regional Sales Manager, March 2009 to Present. precise Pet Foods, Nacogdoches,

Relaunched Precise Pet Foods by hiring and training Sales force for Region. Resp
onsibilites included all budgeting for Region as well as creating all Marketing
Promotions and managing marketing budget for the Region. Currently #1 Region in
the United States in new accounts, new sales, new incremental volume by huge pre
portion to rest of Company.
Vice President of SalesDevelopment, October 2000 - July 2005
Midwestern Pet Foods, Evansville, Indiana
Sell Pro Pac and Sportmix dog and cat foods in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee,
and Louisiana to distributors, direct-buy accounts, and retailers. Responsible f
or hiring and training and direct supervision of Territory Managers, Field Manag
ers, and Demonstrator Representatives for the region. Increased region sales 100
% during first 6 months with the company. Promoted to Vice President of Sales af
ter two years with the company.
November 2002 new responsibilities included traveling the United States and sett
ing up entire sales force of 12 representatives which became my direct responsib
ility for both Midwestern Pet Food Company as well as Wells Pet Food Company, Mo

Diamond Pet Foods, Meta, Missouri
Responsible for all aspects of company activities in Alabama, Mississippi, Tenne
ssee, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and the Florida Panhandle. Increased
sales 25% in 1996. Increased sales additional 20% in 1997 (total 45% increase 1
996 - 1997). 1998 - 2000 additional incremental sales averaging 22% increase. Wo
rked with distributors, direct-buy accounts, and key accounts. Oversaw sales, ma
rketing and sales distribution. Responsible for
all sales training.
