Synopsis
I have a successful track record of providing functional and technical
business, project/program and architecture expertise to a wide-range
of customers. Technology-oriented activities include architecting
solutions, designing technical interface specifications and
application integration. Business-oriented include requirements
definition, proposal development, proposal presentation, contract
negotiation and receivables responsibility. Departmental and Project
P&L responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, employee
recruitment/retention staffing, utilization performance monitoring,
etc. Furthermore, I have extensive implementation project and program
management experience, including domestic and overseas engagements.
Professional Experience
2010 - Present: GSI Commerce - King of Prussia. PA
Senior Manager, Commerce Technologies
* GSI Commerce is a global e-commerce and multi-channeling solution
provider with a roster of reputable brand name retail partners,
including Ralph Lauren, Toys R Us, Calvin Kline, Sports Authority,
etc.
* Architects and manages e-commerce and 3^rd party services
integration (Fraud, Credit Card, Order Fulfillment) projects on
behalf of retail customers. Responsible for driving the solution
through all phases of development while managing the risks to
project success. Applies Scrum/agile iterative development
methodology managing teams developing on the J2EE platform (JSP,
Spring/MVC, Struts, ESB, etc.)

2008 - 2010: CSL Behring- King of Prussia. PA


Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture
* As Chief Enterprise Architect, re-booted a dormant EA function,
leading a global team of Enterprise, Site, and Functional
Architects to design and maintain the Company's global Enterprise
Architectural Framework (EAF) and supporting guiding EA
principals. Developed global Services Oriented Architecture
leveraging SAP Netweaver XI/PI. Provides technical and
organizational leadership for Enterprise Architecture, globally
* Responsible for the development of the technology roadmap;
collaborating with Business and IT leadership, Corporate and Site
EA Delegates, and Global Application Management Team and Global
Infrastructure Management Team members to develop strategic
roadmaps in support of CSL's objectives
* Completed 5 year Application Strategy with the primary objective
of rationalizing the application portfolio, reducing the

objective of gaining the maximum return from investments in
information technology, especially transaction processing systems.

* Managed several Supply Chain programs for the PSG Gaming Business
Unit (Voodoo BU), including Original Design Manufacturer (ODM)
logistics, Retail Returns processes and Support Applications
setup. Also, managed the redesign of the HP/Voodoo e-commerce
website.
* Managed numerous Supply Chain programs for HP's Imaging and
Printing Business Unit. The intent of these projects was to
implement system and process improvements with the objective of
lowering operation costs, improving supplies variance and
enhancing delivery capabilities related to supplies
* Architected and Managed the Transition and Transformation of
infrastructure and applications for companies that HP acquires or
enters into Strategic Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing
engagements. Worked with HP and customer management to define the
business integration plans, delivery models and customer retention
and support plans. Responsible for scoping and architecting
cost-effective solutions to integrate applications &

with various HP sales and delivery teams. Worked with HP's
off-shore development centers in India to develop lower cost
development options. Responsible for analyze business
requirements, determining requirements, and developing proposals

Bluestone Software (J2EE Application Server Vendor) - 01/00 - 06/01
* Director, Solutions Management: In this role, was responsible for
Bluestone Professional Services Sales and Engagement Management.
Worked with the Bluestone sales teams to scope and propose
business solutions in conjunction with the software sale
* Grew the staff to 11 Engagement Managers and helped Bluestone
Professional Services grow from less than $500k in services
revenue to close to $15mm. The technical staff grew from less than
5 to over 70 when Bluestone was purchased by HP. Example
