Worked on site at the corporate office of Level 3 Communications in Broomfield,
offering them permanent staffing services. Sourced, prescreened, and interviewed
candidates and successfully filled 113 positions in 9 months within the Enginee
ring, Information Technology, Wholesale Markets, Content Markets, and Business M
arkets Group divisions of Level 3. Consulted with hiring managers on best hiring
practices. Helped ensure hiring budgets and organizational group equity were ma
