Senior Staffing Consultant-Contract
On site staffing services at the corporate location in Boulder Colorado. Staffin

responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Research and Development,
Clinical,
and Training organizations. Started on a 3 month contract and am 1 of 2 remainin
g recruiters left out of 12. Managed requisition initiation, approvals, and post
ings, sourcing of candidates and pre-qualification of talent/skills, managed int
erview scheduling and processes, facilitated offer discussions with hiring manag
ers and HR Managers/Directors, managed candidates through offer acceptance, and
managed relocation directives and process to ensure smooth and seamless candidat
e on boarding.
Successfully partnered with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Stakehold
ers to project a consistently valuable staffing and HR presence in the Covidien
organization.
Tasked with filling high profile hard to fill positions.
Routinely involved in staffing plan discussions/meetings to drive the success o
f the organization.
Tasked with managing all outside recruiting agency relationships.
Closely managed 3rd party relationship with Kelly Services in the Carlsbad offi
ce to ensure autonomy and successfully turned that relationship into a positive
one.
Formally trained new sales managers on staffing process, Esource, and onboardin
