Supervised the build out of the new addition to the St Rose office to
ensure that all networking issues were dealt with before the first
office was occupied, this included verifying cable run lengths, make
sure the Cat5 cables were not run over ballast, that the weight of
each bundle of wire was attached to supports to prevent ceiling
collapse and verified that the fiber was run properly.
Managed Active Directory, adding users, deleting users, forwarding
email boxes, assigning rights to directories.
Ran nightly backups of all servers to ensure that backups were done
as required to prevent loss for data.

Provided desktop and network support to the US Army Corps of
Engineers office also supported the field office located on NASA's
Marshal Space Flight Center grounds.
Provided specific specification for Dual Zeon PC's for ArcGIS mapping
program to increase productivity as most of the PC were single
processor x86's which caused delays in data production.

Prepped new servers for installation by installing hardware and
software, including configuring for fast install.
Used DOD standard wiping to wipe hard drives to ensure data security.

from a Ghost image and updating image once a week to keep up to date
