To register as a Premium Panelist you may purchase subscription for 52 issues of Online

You can pay by debit card from a franchisee or purchase the subscription from Surveys
Online Today franchisees by making payment through bank. You will be allotted a
unique subscription code.

Fill up your registration form along with your subscription code.

Your Speak Asia username and password will be displayed and mailed to you.

Login to Speak Asia website with your username and password.

Every time you login, you will get a survey form to fill up. You need to fill up two forms
every week in order to get your weekly income.
Compensation
As soon as you complete your registration, you are immediately eligible for two weekly
surveys. These surveys will be shown to you every time you log in.

Active income

Direct income – you will get 10 reward points for standard panel / sub panel and 20
reward points for premium panel / sub panel referred personally.

Team bonus 1– The Team Bonus-1 income is based on the Referral Points generated
through the induction of panelist in each Team. A incentive of 20 Reward Points is
released whenever you have 200 Referral points in the left team and 200 Referral points
in the right team, which is also known as one pair.

Daily ceiling for team bonus-1 is 20 pairs (400 Reward points).

Stronger leg is always carried forward for next day’s incentive calculation.

Team bonus 2 - Whenever you and your team add sub-panels, additional Referral points

 Daily ceiling for team bonus-2 is 51200 Referral match points (5120 Reward

Standard panel / sub panel will give you 100 referral points where as premium panel /
sub panel will give you 200 referral points.

Example

Let us assume that in any particular day you are having 2000 Referral points in your left
team and 900 Referral points in your right team through the addition of sub panels. You
will be eligible for 80 Reward point as an incentive because you fall in to 2nd table of
commission structure, and 1200 Referral points will be carried forward from left team.
Weaker leg is flushed out where as the Stronger leg is always carry forward for next
day’s incentive calculation

Total daily referral income of a panelist on one survey panel can be upto 5520

panelist by paying a subscription amount of Rs. 11, 000 ($220) valid for 1year, in which
you will be required to fill up2 surveys weekly by logging in to company website through
your login id and password (which you will get upon your enrollment) and you will be
paid Rs. 1000 ($20) weekly for 52 weeks (Total income in a year = Rs. 52, 000 ($1040).

Virtual Office:- Company also provides you a Virtual office with your login id &
password to monitor growth of your business and see your earning details 24 -7, you do
not have to maintain any records yourself as this is done online for you by the company’s
high-tech software.

Referral: - You can earn more by referring this part time work to your
friends relatives so that they also get benefited and you will get paid for getting them
enrolled with the company, thus increasing company’s customer base. For each panel
referred by you, you get 10% Rs. 1000.00 ($20) this income is paid on daily basis. (You
can refer as many panelists as you can anywhere in India, Singapore and Malaysia and
later on Thailand, Philippines and rest of the world).

Royalty: - You will also earn Royalty income of 15% (Rs 150/- (1.5$)
per panel per week) of survey income of each of your referred panels for 52 weeks
(Total Royalty income in a year from 1 referrer panel will be Rs 150* 52 = Rs 7, 800
(150$).

Add. Sub panel: - You can increase your income by filling more survey.
For this you can add up to 9 sub panels at a discounted subscription
rate of Rs. 10, 000 ($200) per sub panel with your mail panel. (Total
Subscription amount for 10 panels Rs. 1, 01000 ($2020). Then you will get
up to 20 surveys (2 surveys per panel) weekly to fill up you have to work daily 1 hour (or
you can work single day in a week for 7 hours and fill- up all 20 surveys) and you will be
paid Rs. 10, 000 ($200) every week for 52 weeks (Total income in a year = Rs. 5, 20, 000
($10400).

Q1) What is done with the profile information I gave while signing up and the
information I gave every time I logged in?

A: Your response data is stored on our secured server for the following purposes:-

a. To choose the panelist who match specific criteria to participate in a particular

survey.
b. To provide our survey clients basic information required in any survey.
c. To build your profile so that many of the surveys can be filled using the
information already provided by you.
d. To send you offers and information by email, sms or direct mail and such other
means on Products and services that you may be interested in.

Q2) Will I be spammed with undesired and unsolicited mails?

A: We have a clear anti-spam policy. You will not receive any spam. You will only
receive information based on your survey responses on products and services of your
interest.

Q3) Will my membership be affected, if I provide incorrect age, income and other
information?

A: Yes. Survey results depend on correctness and accuracy of information provided by

you. Lack of honesty and false statements are taken very seriously. Any panelist
providing incorrect information will be removed from the panel without assigning any
further reasons.

Q1) In the past I tried to take surveys from other companies but did not get paid,
why not ?

A: There could be two reasons:-

a. The company you were dealing with was not ethical.

b. The second reason could be that you were not trained to fill a survey
questionnaire accurately/effectively. At Speak Asia, you are provided with E-
Bulletin to train you on filling surveys correctly. In addition, the first eight weeks
are treated as a training period and the company provides you feedback on
incorrect filled surveys. This helps you in becoming an effective panelist.

Q2) Will I get paid if my weekly survey is not filled in within 7 days?

A:Each survey will be open for four weeks from the date of the survey. This means you
get a month to fill the survey. You will be paid only when you fill the survey. If a survey
is not filled even at the end of 30 days, that particular survey will be withdrawn and you
will not get paid. The company will not withhold any survey payments (if completely
filled) for the first 8 weeks of training period. Subsequently, the surveys will get paid
only when they are filled as per company norms.
Q3) Will I be paid for incorrect or incomplete surveys?

A:You will be paid for incorrect surveys for the first 8 weeks and will be given feedback
on how to improve. This is an investment towards your training. Subsequently, you will
not be paid for such surveys which are incompletely filled. However, if some panelist
deliberately fills a null survey or a survey with 0 or (-) values such a survey will get
rejected even during the first 8 weeks and no payments will get made.

Q4) What is the length of each survey?

A:A typical survey will be 20 to 40 minutes. Surveys will be generally populated on

Wednesday,every week.

Q5) How does the company knows if my responses are accurate?

A: We build in checks, balances and algorithms within the survey to check the accuracy
of the responses. We also look at the time it takes to fill the responses in order to know
whether your response is genuine or not.

Q1) When am I paid for surveys completed by me?

A:You are paid at the end of 30 days from the date of filling up the survey and the
amounts are credited to your e-wallet.

Q2) When is the Binary Income paid to me?

A:The Binary Income is paid into your e-wallet automatically after the payout is run.

Q3) How do I get my payments from the company?

A:We pay through direct bank transfer to your account. You can make a cash request on
the website and within 7-14 working days (depending upon the local bank in India) the
amount gets credited to your bank account. Amounts are credited in your local currency
by the bank. A bank transfer charge at the rate of 3% is applied subject to a minimum of
USD7.5 .

Q4) What can I use my e-wallet for?

A:I can use my e-wallet to buy subscription, additional sub panels or buying panels and
subscription for people that you know. Every time you buy a subscription or a sub panel
from your e-wallet, an amount of 2.5% is credited to your e-wallet as a reward. This
means if you use USD100 to buy a subscription from your e-wallet, you will get USD2.5
paid into your e-wallet by the company.

Q5) How do I make a payment to the company?

A:You can buy subscription from our authorized franchisee or pay by credit card/debit
card through our secured payment gateway. You can also request the panelist that you
know to pay for the subscription on your behalf.
