OFFER LETTER
Mr.Nithin Choudhary
Further to our discussions, we are pleased to give you this offer letter,
setting out the details of your employment with our company.
You will be appointed to the position of “Marketing Manager”
The rules and regulations and general information of the terms of appointment are
as follows:
Your monthly remuneration shall be AED. 4,500/- (Four Thousand Five Hundred only)
1. Salary break-up
Basic Salary per month AED. 3,000.00
Accommodation Allowance AED. 1,000.00
Transportation Allowance AED. 500.00
TOTAL AED. 4,500.00
(AED. Four Thousand Five Hundred only)
2. The incentive during the period of probation is 5% on the professional fees ;
provided a target of AED. 25,000 P/M is achieved.
3. The allowances, benefits and other terms and conditions of your employment will
be as per Company policies as applicable from time to time.
4. You must be willing to travel, consult clients and relocate as per company
Requirements.
5. The first three months of your employment constitute a probationary period and
your service would be permanent upon the satisfaction of the Company in your
performance.
6. You should abide by the rules and regulations of the Company as may be in
force from time to time.
7. You are required to sign and submit a copy of this letter as a token of your

8. Your appointment is subject to the approval of work and Residence permit issued
by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Emigration and Residency
Department respectively.
9. This offer letter is based on the information furnished in your resume and during
the interviews, you had with us. If, at any time in future, it comes to light that any of
this information is incorrect or any relevant information has been withheld, then your
employment is liable to be terminated without notice.
10. This letter is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
