Promoted from within to manage a team of 4 employees to work thru the day by day
process of closing refinance and purchase loans for several lenders. Handled al
l customer issues/escalations. Made daily calls to clients to grow relationship
and gain more business. Participated in manager meetings, created reports, handl
ed mortgage rejections, as well as performed all of the normal duties of an Escr
ow Assistant as needed when team members were too busy or absent for the day.
2002 to 2008 - Escrow Assistant

Fortune 500 Company issuing title insurance for refinance and purchase loans. Du
ties of closing process include title clearing, scheduling, and HUD preparation.
The Title Clearing aspect involves reviewing the title search and meeting all r
equirements including, but not limited to: contacting borrower for information;
Acquiring payoffs, releases or subordinations for mortgages; clearing judgments/
tax liens; verifying taxes and association dues. Scheduling consists of setting
up date/time of closing with the borrower and the agent. Final step is preparing
HUD statement using closing instructions provided by the lender. Other abilitie
s include, post closing audit process, recording info data entry, shipping docum
ents, etc. Provide hands-on training to several new team members for all aspects
listed above.
2006 to 2006 - Product Demonstrator
Nutro Products, Inc., Pittsburgh, PA
Set up a display of all Nutro products sold in various pet supply stores in the
Pittsburgh, North Hills area. During 4 hour shifts, objective was to talk to as
many of the customers as possible to make them aware of the benefits to feeding
their animals Nutro Products and switch them to Nutro from the product they were
currently using. Averaged 60% switch over from customers that were not already
using Nutro products. Worked unsupervised, showing a good work ethic to be ther
e on time, stay the required amount of hours, and represent the company well.
2004 to 2008 - Senior Consultant

Handled my own independent Tastefully Simple Consulting Company. Scheduled in-h
ome parties or book parties to sell gourmet food products to hostess's and those
invited to the parties. Averaged 6-8 parties per month and $500 - $700 in sales
per party. Also averaged $200 per month in outside repetitive sales. Excellen
t customer service skills in calling prospective hosts to book parties and selli
ng products outside of parties. Great experience with handling money, and invent
ory. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills as each party required at
least an hour of demonstrating products in a small group of people. Recruited,

gement. In visits, the opportunity is given to sell essential products for the p
rogram. Sales per week average $2,500 - $4,000. Basic administrative duties are
performed, such as filing, faxing, inventory and computer work.
