As sole Master Scheduler for the (Tylenol) company, consolidated three schedulin
g departments into one, resulting in a $5.3 million cost reduction. Using compa
ny proprietary software and a wall-size scheduling board, led the development an
d communication of daily plant schedules, minimizing equipment change-overs, max
imizing output, and leveling resource loading, while managing constantly changin
g parameters and risk. Successfully achieved and sustained zero missed order sta
tus for the first time in company history.
Johnson & Johnson: (McNeil Consumer Products): Operations Capital Project Mana

As a Producibility Engineer, developed and drove engineering projects to increas
e manufacturing yields and increase affordability on the B2 Stealth Bomber radar
system. Interfaced with Design Engineering, program management, manufacturing,
quality, and testing to drive a 20% increase in yields, saving the company over
$1 billion in scrap costs. Participated in numerous DoD audits including devel

Texas Instruments: Manufacturing Engineer (Confidential Clearance)
Directed the analysis, development, and execution of mechanical processes for ma
