TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME THAT: I, MR. SARDAR

MACHHI SINGH S/O SARDAR HUKUM SINGH, an adult, Indian Inhabitant of

WHEREAS I am unable to attend the affairs time to time hence I am desirous of

appointing my attorney to my son MR. HUKUM SINGH, also adult, Indian Inhabitant

Attorney for me and on my behalf to do the following acts, deeds, matters and things as

hereinafter appearing.

nominate, constitute and appoint my Attorney to my son MR. HUKUM SINGH

To look after, manage, issue notices, replies to all letters, notices, and other

1.
To enter into any Agreement for Sale, Agreement of Leave and License,

Gift Deed in respect of the Said Flat or any movable or immovable property and to

sell, transfer, purchase of the said Flat or any movable or immovable property and for

the said purpose to negotiate with intending Vendor for sale of the said Flat or any

movable or immovable property and to purchase of the same at such price as my said

Attorney deems fit and to sign and execute all Agreements, Sale Deeds, Transfer

Deeds and other forms, in front of SUB-REGISTRAR OF ASSURANCES, AT

BANDRA OR ANY WHERE IN MUMBAI/MAHARASHTRA.

To sign and execute in Sale Agreement, Leave and License, Gift Deed and such

other documents. Deeds, matters and thing in relation thereto including to collect,

recover and receive the consideration amount thereof by cheques / pay-slips or any

other mode from the Purchaser or Seller, on my behalf as also to issue

acknowledgement or receipt thereof my behalf.

To sign all Affidavits, Undertakings, and Agreements as may be required by the

Society of the Building by name SUNRISE CHS. LTD., / SELLER / PURCHASER or

by the occupant who may be put into possession of the aforesaid properties.

To use, occupy himself/herself/themselves the aforesaid flat and to allow third

parties to use and occupy the aforesaid premises for such period and for such duration

as my said Attorney shall deed fit.

To present and lodge in the office of the SUB-REGISTRAR OF

ASSURANCES AT BANDRA / BORIVALI / MUMBAI and to admit execution of

the said Agreement for sale / Leave & License Agreement / Deed of Transfer/Gift deed

in my / our or in favour of any person/s on my/our behalf and to do all acts, deeds and

things necessary for effectively registering the said Agreement for Sale / Leave &

License Agreement.

To admit execution of any Agreements, Deeds, remain present for the purpose

of Registration, Sub-Registrar of Assurances.


7.
To enter into make sign, seal execute, acknowledge and perform any contract,

agreement, deed writing or thing that may in the opinion of my/our said attorney be

necessary or proper to be entered in to made signed, sealed executed delivered,

acknowledge or performed for effectuating the purpose of this present to use my/our

name.
8.
To, execute, sign, enter into, acknowledge perfect and do such agreement,

leases, mortgage, transfer surrenders, realized, assurances, deeds instruments, acts, and

things as shall be requisite or as the said attorney may deem necessary or proper for or

in relate to all or any of the purpose or matters relating to the said flat.

9. To hand over the peaceful possession of the abovesaid premises to the

Purchaser/s, buyer/s.

10.
To, sell, transfer, purchase, dispose of the above Said Flat or any movable or

immovable property from any third party or any person/s for the consideration and to

sign and execute and the documents and also to registration before the Sub-Registrar of

Assurance Bandra / Borivali – Taluka, or in the Registration and Sub-District of

Mumbai. Or before the Registrar or Sub-Registrar of Assurances, anywhere and to

admit execution thereof.

11.
To acknowledge outgoings of the Said Flat to the Society and to represent me

before the SUNRISE CHS. LTD.,

12. To execute and sign all indemnities as may be required purchaser or other

parties.

13. To file all legal proceedings in Courts sign them and to appear therein and to

appoint Advocates.
14.
To carry on correspondence with SUNRISE CHS. LTD., in respect of the

above said Flat and to reply to the letters of the said Society and otherwise transact all

affairs in respect of the Said Flat with the said Co-Op. Hsg. Society.

AND WE HEREBY AGREE AND UNDERTAKE TO RATIFY AND CONFIRM all

such acts, deeds, things, matters that may be lawfully done or performed by my said

Attorney.
