appointing my attorney to my son MR. HUKUM SINGH, also adult, Indian Inhabitant

Attorney for me and on my behalf to do the following acts, deeds, matters and things as
hereinafter appearing.
i.e. (1) FLAT NO. -B-503, 5 FLOOR, SUNRISE CHS. LTD., ARAM NAGAR 2,
MUMBAI 400 061 AND (2) FLAT NO.B-504, 5 FLOOR, SUNRISE CHS.
To look after, manage, issue notices, replies to all letters, notices, and other

To enter into any Agreement for Sale, Agreement of Leave and License,
Gift Deed in respect of the Said Flat or any movable or immovable property and to
sell, transfer, purchase of the said Flat or any movable or immovable property and for
the said purpose to negotiate with intending Vendor for sale of the said Flat or any
movable or immovable property and to purchase of the same at such price as my said
Attorney deems fit and to sign and execute all Agreements, Sale Deeds, Transfer
other documents. Deeds, matters and thing in relation thereto including to collect,
recover and receive the consideration amount thereof by cheques / pay-slips or any
by the occupant who may be put into possession of the aforesaid properties.

To use, occupy himself/herself/themselves the aforesaid flat and to allow third
parties to use and occupy the aforesaid premises for such period and for such duration

To present and lodge in the office of the SUB-REGISTRAR OF
the said Agreement for sale / Leave & License Agreement / Deed of Transfer/Gift deed
in my / our or in favour of any person/s on my/our behalf and to do all acts, deeds and
things necessary for effectively registering the said Agreement for Sale / Leave &
License Agreement.

To admit execution of any Agreements, Deeds, remain present for the purpose
agreement, deed writing or thing that may in the opinion of my/our said attorney be
acknowledge or performed for effectuating the purpose of this present to use my/our
name.

To, execute, sign, enter into, acknowledge perfect and do such agreement,
leases, mortgage, transfer surrenders, realized, assurances, deeds instruments, acts, and
things as shall be requisite or as the said attorney may deem necessary or proper for or
in relate to all or any of the purpose or matters relating to the said flat.

To, sell, transfer, purchase, dispose of the above Said Flat or any movable or
immovable property from any third party or any person/s for the consideration and to
sign and execute and the documents and also to registration before the Sub-Registrar of

affairs in respect of the Said Flat with the said Co-Op. Hsg. Society.
