* My most recent assignment was President and CFO of an $11 million assembly man
ufacturing facility of electronic gear in Long Island, NY. I was responsible fo
r all operating and financial functions of the company, including purchasing, ma
npower planning, treasury and accounting. In addition, I led the investor relati
ons for the company, including quarterly investor conference calls and writing a
ll press releases;
* This position was also responsible for managing foreign offices and dealing wi
th foreign currencies.
* As Director of Corporate Development, I was responsible for the planning and e
xecution of budgets, capital investments and acquisitions for a $165 million mul
ti location manufacturer of plastic engineered products;
* As Managing Director of Buccino & Associates, a turnaround consulting business
, I had numerous clients in manufacturing and assembly businesses;
* I developed and wrote a three year budget and strategic planning process, incl
uding capital investment ROA procedures, for a large food service company in Chi
cago, with locations across the US in over 40 separate corporations.
* I have raised capital - debt and equity, in both private and public companies.
* I have been directly responsible for and written all SEC related documents, in
cluding 10-K's, 10-Q's, 8-K's and proxy statements;
* I have given numerous public speaking presentations, as well as being retained
as an expert witness in court proceedings.
