* Monitor and maintain competitive market pricing within their designated territ
ory industry to avoid unnecessary price-cutting.
* Consistently review and evaluate actual Area Sales Report in comparison to sal
es targets with management
* Conduct visits with project owners, contractors and distributors upon completi
on of project to offer our appreciation and congratulations for a well-developed
