Subject: Request for Sponsership

Dear Sir / Madam,

It’s the matter of pleasure for us to share that, we “A Group of Students from
Campion College” are planning to organize an event named “CAMPION FETE 2010”
on the 18th of December 2010. We are putting forward the conceptual framework of
the event and its objectives to convey the vision that we are eyeing for.

In the past days, we were limited to small number of audiences from our college only
through very small programs, something like a concert from the college performers.
Those programs were, basically, for the recreation and fun. However, this time we are
coming up with some new ideas for reaching huge mass that target to entertain the
students from various academic institutions. We are even aiming for bringing the
teachers and the parents together at the spot.

The program is planned to begin @ 10 am in the morning at the Campion School


Ground featuring a carnival of music, games, varieties of food and ample of shopping
areas. The place would be real fun zone for all the visitors either they be the students
or the teachers or the parents where they could play games, enjoy mouth watering
hot & spicy foods, relax on the musical harmony, dedicate songs to the dear & near
one, dance and romance. Hence, the program comes alive with a moment to live that
very particular day, 18th December from 10 am to 5 pm, refreshed, relaxed and
entertained being far from the regular, busy and monotonous life schedule. Besides
celebrating this as an event, it creates a forum for various corporate houses for
directly approaching to their customers and to be with the customers.

With various activities, we are not only hoping for entertaining the visitors. However,
our core objective lies on raising funds to launch a social initiative campaign to serve
the disabled and poor people. As per the syllabus of social science, we are eyeing to
capitalize ourselves on bringing this Socio-motive campaign on a support of the fund
planning to build from the event.

For making this event a grand success, we seek to have a support from you by
sponsoring the event. We hope and do believe that you will support our honest
endeavor by sponsoring the event and motivate us to contribute our energy to the
society. Beside this, it even dedicates on proving the corporate-socio-responsibilities
forwarded by every corporate house in the meantime.

EVENT SPECIFICATION

Target: All Aged Group, Especially Youth

OBJECTIVES OF THE EVENT

Organized purely as an entertainment program, “Campion Fete 2010” has


the following objectives:

1. To raise funds for the social initiative campaign planned to be done


under the banner of Management Team of Campion Students
2. To aim in bringing different aged people (the students, the teachers, the
parents) together
3. To provide a place for celebration in different form of event activities
4. To make a day when people are totally relaxed, recreated and
entertained either with friends or family or colleagues.
5. To enhance the managerial ability of the students by their direct
involvement in the event.
6. To help in socializing the young students of various academic
institutions.

EVENT CONTENT

(I) GAMES STALL


Our games stall will consist of interesting and ‘easy to play’ games
which are meant for entertaining the participants. The games like dart,
bingo, pot breaking, hit the can will be involved. Each stall will have our
volunteers who will assist the participants and provide them with gift if
he/she wins the game.
Final decision regarding the games will be done by the respective
volunteers of each stall.

(II) FOOD STALLS


The food stalls will have exclusive Vegetarian and Non- Vegetarian
dishes from the happening food outlets of Kathmandu Valley. There will
be at least 5 food stalls placed in the venue. We are assured on
providing pure and hygienic food at the reasonable prices that could not
let any one detach from the services we are planning for.

(III) COMMERICAL STALLS


There will be different commercial stalls featuring different products for
attracting the visitors to provide shopping environment in the venue
also. This will create amusement to the visitors and especially to those
who happened to be there with a family.

(IV) MUSIC DEDICATION


A music system along with a DJ will be ready for the entire event
duration who will play the requested music by the participants. Music
dedication along with readable messages from the participants will be
aired.

(V) EXHIBITIVE AND INFORMATIVE STALLS


These stalls will have various drawings and creative things to be
exhibited by the students.

(VI) STAGE PERFORMANCE


The stage performance would be the centre of attraction as it features
various renowned rock and pop bands from the town.

(VII) DJ SESSION
The program will have a free DJ session and dance party at the end.

The publicity of the event will be done in all the branches of the CG Manipal
Campion associates. Also social networking sites like facebook and tweeter has
been used to let people know more about the event. The sponsors will be
acknowledged time and again during the event with the details provided.
Souvenir will be provided to all our sponsors as a token of love. However,
sponsorship opportunities can be discussed and tailored to suit your corporate
needs and objectives.

1. The main sponsor will get one complementary stalls of 6 X 12 sq.ft. and
also 25 complementary tickets.

2. The official logo of the sponsor will be highlighted in all the promotional
tools as discussed in sponsorship criteria. The placement of the logo will
be as per the layout where a prominent space is given.

3. Your company’s name along with any product or service features will be
repeatedly announced by our MCs.

4. The sponsor will receive a Token of Appreciation certificate from the


organizers.

5. The sponsor can put up at max. 5 hanging or standees banners as

1. The Co- Sponsor will get one 6 X 6 sq.ft. stall as a complementary and
also 10 complementary tickets
