Monkey and Crocodile

One day a monkey wanted to cross a river. He saw a crocodile in the river, so he asked the
crocodile to take him across the other side. The crocodile told the monkey to jump on its back.
Then the crocodile swam down the river.
Now, the crocodile was very hungry, so when it was in the middle of the river, it stopped and
said to the monkey, ”Monkey, my father is very sick. He must eat the heart of the monkey. Then
he will be strong again.”
The monkey thought for a while. Then he told the crocodile to swim back to the river bank.
“What’s for?” asked the crocodile.
“Because I didn’t bring my heart with me,” said the monkey. “I left it under the tree, near some
coconuts.”
So, the crocodile turned around and swam back to the bank of the river. As soon as they reached
the river bank, the monkey jumped off the crocodile’s back and climbed up to the top of a tree.
“Where is your heart?” asked the crocodile.
“You are foolish,” the monkey said to the crocodile. “Now I am free and you have nothing.”
The monkey told the crocodile not to try to fool him again. The crocodile swam away, hungry.

Suatu hari monyet ingin menyeberang sungai. Dia melihat seekor buaya di sungai, maka ia
meminta buaya untuk membawanya di sisi lain. buaya memberitahu monyet untuk melompat di
punggungnya. Kemudian buaya berenang ke sungai.
Sekarang, buaya itu sangat lapar, sehingga ketika berada di tengah sungai, ia berhenti dan
berkata kepada monyet itu, "Monyet, ayah saya sangat sakit. Dia harus makan hati monyet.

Why Exercise is Important

The majority of us claim that we do not have time for exercise. We feel too busy to do that.
However, many expert said that exercise has great role in making our body healthy

Being physically active offers many advantage. In physical reword, exercise can reduce weight
then our body will become fitter. Exercise is also believed to reduce stress levels, improve sleep
patterns, and reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and some forms of cancer. Beside physical
advantage, exercise also brings good effects mentally. Due to the fitter body, exercise can make
us feel refreshed and happy then we can increase our life quality and expectancy.

How can we do exercise while we are busy? Such question is commonly found among us.
Actually exercise can be done in simple ways. We can go walking while shopping. In the office
we can take stair rather than lift to run up and down. Or we can go cycling while enjoy the
leisure time.

Over all, doing exercise is little bit difficult in busy life but the little bit of exercise will help

Mengapa Latihan adalah Penting


Sebagian dari kita mengklaim bahwa kita tidak memiliki waktu untuk latihan. Kita merasa terlalu

untuk mengurangi tingkat stres, memperbaiki pola tidur, dan mengurangi risiko penyakit jantung,
diabetes dan beberapa jenis kanker. Disamping keuntungan fisik, olahraga juga membawa efek
baik secara mental. Karena tubuh bugar, olahraga dapat membuat kita merasa segar dan bahagia
maka kita dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup kita dan harapan.

Bagaimana kita bisa melakukan latihan saat kita sedang sibuk? Pertanyaan itu sering ditemukan
di antara kita. Sebenarnya latihan dapat dilakukan dengan cara sederhana. Kita bisa pergi
berjalan saat berbelanja. Di kantor kita bisa mengambil tangga daripada lift untuk menjalankan
atas dan ke bawah. Atau kita bisa pergi bersepeda sambil menikmati waktu luang.

Atas semua, melakukan latihan sedikit agak sulit dalam hidup sibuk tapi sedikit olahraga akan
membantu lebih baik.

‘Bus was flowing right behind me’

I left Tatopani yesterday and stayed a night at Sakhuwa of Gati VDC because a landslide had
near Baseri had blocked the road, The next morning, I hopped onto the bus with registration
number Ba 2 Kha 4013 that was on the way to Barhabise from Tatopani.
I took a seat by the doorside and remember that there were around 35 passengers, including me.
The driver started the bus. A kilometre into the journey, I noticed a ditch on the road.
The driver tried to avert the ditch. Before I could know what was going on, the bus started
hurtling towards the Bhotekoshi.
I had given up hope of surviving, but found a ventilator glass broken. I came out of the shattered
glass and plunged into the Bhotekoshi.
The river carried me for about 35 kilometres and left me on the shallow surface. I passed out
after that. The rescuers took me to a hospital when I regained consciousness.
I heard later that all except four passengers had survived. I have sustained injuries on the face,
hands and other body parts. Nonetheless, I feel that surviving was my destiny.

I supply goods to Kathmandu from Khasa. On that day, I was heading to Bahrabise in connection
with my business. I got on top of the bus though there were empty seats, thinking travelling that
way would be easy as I had goods to take care of.
Five minutes into the journey, I found the bus jumping and quickly realised it was veering off the
road. I tried to come out, but could not find the exit — I had forgotten that I was atop the bus.
Only after I saw a precipice did I think of jumping off the bus, but I don’t know wheter I jumped.
After regaining consciousness, I thought I survived because I jumped. Otherwise, I would have
fallen off the precipice. I think I am alive because of my goods.

dengan nomor pendaftaran Ba 2 Kha 4013 yang sedang dalam perjalanan untuk Barhabise dari
Tatopani.

Aku duduk dengan doorside dan ingat bahwa ada sekitar 35 penumpang, termasuk saya. Sopir
mulai bus. Sebuah kilometer ke dalam perjalanan, saya melihat parit di jalan.
Sopir berusaha menghindari parit. Sebelum aku bisa tahu apa yang sedang terjadi, bus mulai
melaju menuju Bhotekoshi.
Aku telah putus asa untuk hidup, tetapi menemukan kaca ventilasi pecah. Aku keluar dari kaca
hancur dan terjun ke Bhotekoshi.
Sungai itu membawa aku selama sekitar 35 kilometer dan meninggalkan aku di permukaan yang
dangkal. Aku pingsan setelah itu. Penyelamat membawa saya ke rumah sakit ketika aku sadar
kembali.

Saya dengar kemudian bahwa semua kecuali empat penumpang selamat. Saya telah mengalami
luka di wajah, tangan dan bagian tubuh lainnya. Namun, saya merasa bahwa hidup adalah takdir
saya.

Saya menyediakan barang-barang ke Kathmandu dari Khasa. Pada hari itu, saya menuju
Bahrabise sehubungan dengan bisnis saya. Aku di atas bus meskipun ada kursi kosong, cara
berpikir perjalanan yang akan mudah karena saya harus barang untuk mengurus.

Lima menit ke dalam perjalanan, saya menemukan melompat bus dan cepat menyadari itu
membelok dari jalan. Aku mencoba untuk keluar, tapi tidak bisa menemukan jalan keluar - aku
lupa bahwa aku di atas bus. Hanya setelah saya melihat sebuah tebing aku memikirkan melompat
dari bis, tapi saya tidak mengetahui apakah aku melompat.
Setelah sadar kembali, saya pikir saya selamat karena saya melompat. Kalau tidak, aku akan
jatuh dari tebing. Saya pikir saya hidup karena barang saya.
