Spearheaded implementation and agency-wide training of new, online workflow syst
em (Aprimo). Optimized work flow and work process design while simplifying the
process to report on and measure all distribution channels. Also served as de fa
cto Creative Services Manager, evaluating and routing work to proper design reso
urce. Customized work flow system training to all groups in the agency with cont
ent and documentation based on each group's role.

times. Consolidated two separate Studios into one and increased efficiency by 5

lancing.
