Develop financial models of prospective acquisitions, including
pro-forma financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and IRR / ROI
forecasting. Prepare and present deals to high net worth individuals,
private equity energy fund groups, and institutional investors to
raise necessary capital. Report monthly on performance to investors.
Provide financial oversight for 3rd party operator joint interest
billings. Negotiate lease / purchase with current leaseholders /
royalty interests.

* Raised initial $25M in 2 years; funds have been utilized to


purchase 9 producing properties with associated capital
improvements.
* Properties have experienced an average 5.6X production increase,
growing initial daily production from 150 BBLs/day to 850
BBLs/day.

merger, and modeled financial impacts to Retirement Group for
proposed asset/distribution fee sharing agreements; model results
were utilized as basis for final sharing agreement.
* Created share class truncation database/reporting model to predict
timing/revenue loss impacts of shares truncated from A to I.
Partnered with CFO to develop plans to mitigate revenue losses.
* Led reengineering of FA compensation system to create more
