izations running hotels, resorts, residences and vacation ownerships with over 1
000 properties worldwide.
Direct and lead the strategic roadmap and daily operations for the Global QA and
Release Management practice accountable for new business development, client en
gagements and growth, resource allocation, training, and general administration.
* Responsible for 50+ Test Analysts/Engineers including FTEs, on-shore and offsh
ore contractors for a global user support, managing a $5.2M budget.
* Introduced client review and status sessions, connecting with the business sta
