Performance Plus to turn ArvinMeritor into positive cash flow business. Aftermar
ket was 10% of the sales with 100% of the profit and cash flow on $9B for ARM re

Product Line Development: Launched new business product line. Initial forecasts

Downsizing/ Streamlining process: Lead analyst for justification for closure of
one facility with 1.5-year payback bringing analysis and proper FAS accounting

Set up first plant A/R collections department while working for SONY during 199
2. Reduced A/R from 62 to 40 days. Directly responsible for monitoring then incr
easing cash payment days outstanding while at SONY from 35 to 50 days. Increased
cash flow by managing payables as well as receivables.
