Important instructions to the Candidate :

1. The candidate will not be admitted to GD/PI without this Call

Letter.
2. This Call Letter will be considered valid only for GD/PI. Does not
give the guarantee of the admission to the candidate.
3. Please ensure that the photograph, signature and other details
are printed properly and correctly on the Call Letter.
4. Please ensure that you have appeared for both GD & PI seprately
and got a remark on this call letter from the co-ordinator that
you have appeared for GD & PI.
5. The candidate should report at the GD/PI venue 30 minutes
before the scheduled time.
6. The candidate will not be allowed for GD/PI after scheduled
time under any circumstances.
7. The scheduled date & time of GD/PI will not be changed in any
circumstances.
8. Do not bring Cellular phone, Bluetooth enabled devices etc.
in GD/PI.
9. The candidate will take the signature of Co-ordinator at a
space provided on Call Letter without fail.
10.Do not dispose this Call Letter after the GD/PI.
11. If the candidate is found using unfair means, his/her
candidature will be annulled without any prior intimation.
12.The Candidate should follow the CAP procedure as per schedule
and hence the candidate is advised to read the overview of CAP
procedure and schedule carefully.
13. The Candidate is required to confirm the Application Form & get
the Receipt-Cum-Acknowledgement for the CAP from selected
ARC during 10 th May, 2011 to 31 st May, 2011.
14. If the Candidate fails to confirm his/her Application Form at ARC
from 10 th May, 2011 to 31 st May, 2011, then his/her name will
not appear in merit list & will not be considerd for CAP.
15. Candidate will receive score card by post at correspondence
address.
