Bill is an experienced Banker with demonstrated success in financial analysis, c
redit structure, project management, consulting and executive management. He is
experienced in the underwriting, structure and management of numerous types of i
ncome producing property financing including, anchored retail, unanchored retail
strip, office, multifamily, industrial and hospitality. Bill has extensive know
ledge in the financing of CDC credit facilities including SFR Construction, Resi
dential and Commercial Acquisition and Development (A&D). His experience additio
nally includes the underwriting and structure of asset based lending credit faci
lities as well as the underwriting and financial analysis on numerous types of o
perating companies. Bill is very experienced in the collection side of financial
transactions. He has supervised the collection of all types of residential and
commercial real estate through negotiation, litigation and foreclosure. Bill has
