Biographical Statement:
Warren Koshofer has 22 years of experience representing clients in both complex
civil litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Koshofer represents and counsels
diverse clientele in a wide array of industries including, aerospace, aviation,
chemical, construction, entertainment, finance, gaming, insurance, manufacturin
g, real estate and sports.
Mr. Koshofer handles matters which touch multiple areas of the law, including bu
siness, commercial, construction, contract, corporate, employment, environmental
, insurance, product liability, real estate and toxic tort matters. Mr. Koshofer
has successfully represented clients, which have ranged from Fortune 100 compan
ies to high profile individuals, at both state and federal trial and appellate c
ourt levels, as well as before administrative law courts, regulatory agencies, a
nd in alternative dispute resolution forums across the country.
In addition to his trial and advocacy practice, Mr. Koshofer advises clients in
a variety of transactional matters, including most notably proposed mergers or a
cquisitions, contract negotiations, construction or expansion projects, financia
l transactions, and other business or corporate matters where complex due dilige
nce and analyses on litigation risks and risk management is required.
Mr. Koshofer also counsels his corporate clients on such things as disclosures,
audit responses, board briefings, reserves and risk management related issues.
Mr. Koshofer has authored numerous articles and has given several presentations
on civil trial techniques and on mass / toxic tort, insurance, environmental and
other topics. Mr. Koshofer has also served as an officer of the American, New J
ersey, and New York State Bar Association sections on tort and insurance law, en
vironmental law, general litigation practices, and sports and entertainment law.

Community Service & Affiliations:
Mr. Koshofer has long been involved with a variety of civic and community organi
zations, serving or having served on the board of three national charitable orga
nizations and two community youth sport leagues.

03/09 ? Present: Partner, Blank Rome, Los Angeles, CA
Mr. Koshofer was recruited to be one of the four founding partners of a new Los
Angeles office for Blank Rome. In its first 15 months, Mr. Koshofer has helped
grow the firms Los Angeles office four fold while, at the same time, maintaining
an active litigation and transactional practice. At Blank Rome, Mr. Koshofer ha
ndles a wide array of litigation matters, including product liability, toxic tor
t, breach of contract, insurance, environmental and securities cases, as well as
business / corporate transactional work and counseling relating to proposed mer
gers, acquisitions, employment and contractual matters.

Mr. Koshofer served as a partner in both the litigation and business practice gr
oups of the firm, handling a wide array of complex litigation matters, including

es. Mr. Koshofer also providing counseling to clients on various types of busin

Mr. Koshofer served as a partner of the firm, vice chairing its environmental pr
actice group and at the same time working with the general litigation group. Mr.
Koshofer handled a wide array of complex litigation as well as transactional wo
rk pertaining to environmental, toxic tort, insurance, real estate and contract
matters, and provided counseling to clients on large mergers and construction pr
ojects, environmental regulatory compliance, auditing and reporting, and on corp
orate issues and concerns such as cash flow analyses, setting of reserves, publi

on of business and real estate transactions and counseled clients on risk manage
