Overlooking the three key principles under the firm are great, but like technology there is
change in every environment. Treating all clients the same is a great ethical treatment. Treating
employees with the same ethical treatment is another issue. Ten years ago these three IT
professionals did not have the number of employees as of today. The organization should also
focus on employees’ benefits and work environment. As the business grows more issues are
bought up. The owners should look at the business from a strategic perspective and see the
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company.

 SCR has plenty of competition in their industry such as ALT IT consulting,

Activesupport, and Collaboratech IT consulting. ALT IT consulting is a based web design and

computer system consulting firm. This company has been in serves since 1999. ALT provides

services that include: system upgrades and repairs, networking installation and management,

virus removal, prevention, and protection, and system backup solutions (Alt It Consulting, 2010).

Activsupport was founded in October 1997 for medium-sized businesses. Over the years, the

company grew to serve clients with information technology solutions around the nation. Some

organizations that Activesupport serves include: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Microsoft.

Avitivsupport includes network services such as Microsoft and Linux network design,

implementation, support, outsourcing, supplemental It support, project consulting, and security

(Activsupport, 2010). Collaboratech is a new kind of IT consulting firm which offers technical

skills, industry insight, business experience and visionary leadership. Collaboratech’s goal is to

provide the best service to their clients. Collaboratechs’ employees can design, build and

implement networks, applications, systems and processes that enable communication and

collaboration across an organization. Some other services include project management

consulting, IT outsourcing, strategic planning consulting, and IT training (Collaboratech).
