 Batangas City: SIEMENS POWER PLANT – Established its operation in the Philippines on 1894.
On 2000 Siemens completed it rehabilitation and construction of Sta. Rita Combined Power Stations.
On 2002, Siemens completed the construction of the First Gas power (FGP) Corp.′s San Lorenzo
500 MW combined-cycle power plant in Batangas and was inaugurated the following year.
 Laguna: MAK-BAN GEOTHERMAL POWER PLANT – Makban Geothermal Power
Plant complex is located in the towns of Bay and Calauan in Laguna and Sto. Tomas in Batangas. It
consists of Plants A and B with two 63-MW units each, Plant C with two 55-MW units, Plants D and
E with two 20-MW units each, and a binary plant with five 3-MW and one 0.73-MW units. The
complex was first commissioned in 1979.
 Quezon City: COLUMBIA WIRES & CABLES CORP. - is a firm engaged in the manufacture of
copper and aluminum electrical wire and cable products started operation on 1964.
 Laguna: CONCEPCION – CARRIER AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM, INC. – Formed in
January 1998, Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company (CCAC) brings together two leaders in
the air conditioning industry: Carrier Corporation of the United States and Concepcion Industries,
Inc. of the Philippines. In just a few years, CCAC expanded from manufacturing window room air
conditioners to HVAC equipment and services in the country.
 Pampanga: YOKOHAMA TIRES PHILS. -  its aim to be globally competitive, The Yokohama
Rubber Company partnered with JFE, Japan to establish its firm tire manufacturing facility in Asia
outside of Japan. This joint venture in April 1996 created the subsidiary company named Yokohama
Tire Philippines, Incorporated (YTPI) aimed to produce "Yokohama" brand passenger car radial
(PRC) tires and recreational vehicle (RV) tires for global market.
 Bulacan: MOLDEX PRODUCTS INC. - (MPI) resulted from a proprietorship business organized
by Mr. Jacinto Uy in the mid-sixties. The company's initial operations involved reprocessing of
plastic waste materials into pellets, which the firm sold to downstream product manufacturers. After a
few years, the proprietorship business graduated from reprocessing of scrap to the production of
plastic seals and PVC bottle compounds. PVC bottle compounds were then used as raw materials to
produce clear and transparent plastic bottles, which, at that time, were an attractive substitute for glass
bottles for hair care products, toiletries and other similar types of applications. Lately, MPI
diversified into the manufacture of PVC, polyethylene (PE), and polybutylene (PB) pipes and tubings.
Bulacan: PHILIPPINE SPRING WATER RESOURCES, INC. – (PSWRI), a 100% Filipino owned
and managed company. It is a manufacturer and distributor of NATURE’S SPRING bottled drinking
water products for both local and international markets.
