* Responsible originally to open and establish the new foreign entity in Califor
nia legally, recruited, processed and hired 14 employees.
* Finalized the close down of the company when the Board of Directors at the Swi
ss Headquarters decided to close the doors, to include; the negotiation of all e
mployee contracts, termination of non-contract employees, unemployment issues, w
orked with a local law firm to officially and legally close the entity in Califo
rnia.

Recruiting, screening, interviewing, offer of employment, background checks, new
hire process; worked with Department Managers/Directors to fill their recruitme
nt needs. I handled full HRIS system duties from recruitment through end of work
ing relationship. For 2 years I participated in Annual Benefit Health Fair, Holi
day and Annual Anniversary events. Two years of participation on the Medical Cen
