sponsible for claims oversight of TPAs adjusting high exposure/large retention c
laims in workers compensation (state, USL&H and Jones Act) and multiple liabilit
y lines including CGL, Commercial Auto, UM/UIM, Garage Keepers, Surplus Lines Ma
nuscript and Employers Liability. Provided leadership for 30+ employees in two
geographically diverse Vendor Services offices managing 3000+ files with over $1

SENIOR CLAIM REPRESENTATIVE - Handled PepsiCo, Inc. national account workers com
pensation files from first report to final disposition in seven jurisdictions.
Worked closely with R.N. Disability Managers on each file in a team-oriented, co
mprehensive managed-care approach to provide highly individualized customer serv
ice to the account. Coordinated return to work efforts with account Risk Manage
ment personnel on files requiring extraordinary efforts to affect prompt return
to work.

Mediation Conferences and Administrative Hearings.
