* Developed Strategy for implementation of Hoshin Planning and
Policy Management/Deployment in Product Development and
Manufacturing Operations. Worked with the department Manager to
guide him and his Supervisory staff through training and
implementation of the new Management system.
* Planned, Lead, and Facilitated Lean Training, Kaizen Events and
Value Stream Mapping Events in multiple operations in Corvallis
and San Diego. I am currently the most experienced Lean
practitioner on site and I am often called upon to assess and make
improvements to critical Business processes as well as
Manufacturing processes. Significant Improvements (25%) were made
in Productivity, space utilization, Quality, and Employee
Satisfaction as a result of my work.
* Planned and participated in Lean Management Training for second
level managers in Operations and Engineering. I helped change the
way we do Improvement Strategy and execution in Operations.
* Restructured Operations support processes based on Value Stream
Mapping results to facilitate standardization and process
improvement. Improvements resulted in a 60% reduction in resource
requirements.
* Provided consulting to Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain to
ensure Lean implementation of new processes in existing and new
businesses.
* Developed the Strategy for Lean Implementation in Operations.
Worked with management to provide training and ensure coordination
 of Lean activities.
* Interviewed and trained new facilitators for Kaizen events and
Lean Training efforts.

Moneypenny, Containers, and TIJ3 Final Assembly and Proto.
* Managed Production and Prototyping operations including staffing
plans, line construction and layout, build planning, and
production execution.
* Managed tooling assembly and improvement projects. The PA0 offload
robot project on the IB line was completed on schedule and under
budget resulting in a significant improvement in the line's
ability to meet the transfer schedule.
* Partnered with Proto Planning, Factory design, Process

Prototype and Produce tooling and products for internal and
external customers.
* Used SAP, Factory Link, ESPRIT, and Mastertools data to drive and
report factory performance.

to facilitate line transfer.
