* Developed Strategy for implementation of Hoshin Planning and
Policy Management/Deployment in Product Development and
Manufacturing Operations. Worked with the department Manager to
guide him and his Supervisory staff through training and

Value Stream Mapping Events in multiple operations in Corvallis

Mapping results to facilitate standardization and process

requirements.

ensure Lean implementation of new processes in existing and new

* Developed the Strategy for Lean Implementation in Operations.
