• Directed the analysis of financial information, corporate structure, asset mix,
capitalization structure, physical and intangible assets and financial and manag
erial practices of financial institutions insured by the FDIC.
• PCAM (Post Closing Asset Manager) successfully managed 2 FDIC Receiverships simu
ltaneously. Oversaw the management of teams of third party contractors acting as
asset managers.
• POC (Point of Contact) directly responsible for the Asset Management and Disillu
sionment of 12 f ailed financial institutions throughout the United States, incl
uding Silverton Bank and Omni Nat’l Bank, two of the largest FDIC Receiverships wit
