Engineer a conversion from RSView32 to Factory Talk SE process
controls for the largest corporate grain elevator facility in
Illinois

Using a Server/Client architecture the system will include data
collection, PMI scheduling and system inclusive help screens and
documentation EI: (ACAD, P&ID drawings and Plc components documents)
*
Expansion of 4 more facilities will be integrated into the scheme
using wireless WAN technology
*
Using a modular RS Logix PLC and SCADA design structure, the system
will be used as the model blocks for fast track design for OEM resale
of the system. This will be able to be condensed for smaller
facilities as well as expanded for larger systems

Re-engineer a integrated RSView32 and CLX process controls for one
the largest corporate grain elevator facility in Illinois

The system needed instrumentation upgrades and wireless WAN system
setup.

Many improvements in productivity and through put were achieved by
reprogramming the RS Logix PLC code and optimizing the RSView32
configuration

Quote and develop new concepts of Facility designs using Factory
Talk SE and new concepts of WAN implementations

02/08 TO 09/08 - WORKING FOR KUKA SYSTEMS GMBH, AUGSBURG, GERMANY.
AT BOMBARDIER TRANSPORT, LA POCATIRE (QUBEC) CANADA
From concept to commission of a multi-station robotic laser welding
cell using Factory Talk SE with 8 HMI clients including CLX/GLX plc
control. This system also incorporated a Siemens wireless LAN and
Cognex CCTV. Using wire guided AGV tooling carts to laser bond body
side structures for the Toronto and Chicago Transit System commuter
cars. Intensive data collection and SPC operations were implemented.
The system was also designed to integrate SCADA operations of 4
existing welding work cells.

01/07 TO 12/07 - WORKING FOR KUKA FLEXIBLE AUTOMATION, STERLING
HEIGHTS, MI.
AT DAIMLER CHRYSLERS' ST.LOUIS SOUTH ASSM. IN FENTON, MO.
Design, support and commission of the automation for the state of
the art body shop manufacturing facility. Working on the new
production equipment and the house SCADA included the integration of
the proprietary UNIX based system to the plant floor automation CLX,
PLC5 and a mix of Panelview ME and SE applications. The main
objective was to validate and correct plant floor build data and
alarming control and assure the information was reported to the
corporate WAN.

AT DAIMLER CHRYSLERS' BELVEDERE ASSEMBLY IN BELVEDERE, ILL.
Design, support and commission of the automation for the state of
