* As an OEM Product Development Director, managed all phases of OEM Product Deve

* As a Director of Hardware Engineering, successfully completed new product deve
lopment projects in USA jointly with international teams consisting of R&D, mark
eting, operations in France, UK and China and achieving annual corporate sales r
evenue increase of 10 Million Dollars. Coordinated and managed a corporate level
product design improvement projects and achieved annual cost savings of $500K b
y design improvement and field implementation.
* As an Engineering Manager, directed, managed, coordinated new product developm
ent, internal design reviews and managed approval process relating to regulatory
compliance agencies such as US Postal Service, UL, CSA, NIST, Canada Weights &
Measures, FCC, CE and NTEP. Managed engineering documentation control and engine
ering document services. Managed intellectual property acquisition, protection a
nd maintenance of patents, registered trademarks and infringement litigation act
