Director of Pharmacy and Contact Centers
Responsible for the corporate accounting functions of the mail order pharmacy an
d contact centers totaling $ 412 M in annual expenditures. Express Scripts is a
publicly traded fortune 100 company with annual revenues in excess of $ 25 B an
d income in excess of $ 826 M. Express Scripts is the second largest PBM (phar
macy benefit manager) and owns subsidiaries in the specialty drug and FSA, HRA a
nd HSA plans.
Significant Accomplishments:
* Act as a member on the finance team on the integration of the $ 4.5 B purchase
of Wellpoint PBM that assisted the corporate merger and acquisition and client
implementation teams on the prepurchase and post integration of approx 9 million
additional mail order scripts.
* Act as a member on the productivity council steering committee that assisted i
n generating and managed the productivity savings of $ 9.2 M in 2008 and obtaine
d $ 28.6 M in 2009.
* Act as a financial member on the capacity planning committee to complete and a
ssist the readiness for new facility building and labor pool development for bot

* Redesigned the internal financial statements and forecasting models to allow V
ice Presidents and senior cost center operators to better drive productivity and
