PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
LOCKHEED MARTIN 2010-Pres
ent
ORLANDO, FL
Engineer Prototype Lab Tech
As a contracting technician for manufacturing at Lockheed Martin prototype lab.
Using my aptitude in all phases of
manufacturing, to produce low quantity of machined parts on CNC Machining center
s. My duties consisted of processing. tooling, fixture design and programming. T
he machine tool centers used were MAZAK Intergrex's and VTC's

COLLINS MANUFACTURING, INC.

2009 - 2010
APOPKA, FL
Machinist
A job shop of precision components, which consists of prototype to low quantity
production contracts. My duties in manufacturing their products on day to day ba
ses were methods "processing", programming, tooling fabrication and modification
. Quality control and in process inspection was achieved in all phases of inspec
tion. The machine tool
centers used were MAZAK's, from multi-spindle mill/turn centers like MSY's and I
ntegrex's to 4 & 5 Axis milling centers
OCEAN DESIGN

Daytona Beach, Florida
Machinist
Hands on, using my manufacturing engineering skills to produce O.D.I.'s product
line in there C.N.C. department.
A job shop environment that consists of prototype to low quantity production run
s. Lean manufacturing is my
objective into fabrication of their products. My responsibility consist of metho
ds "processing", programming, tool
making ,fixture design and manufacturing of products. Quality control and first
piece inspection stamp holder.
ADVANCED-ORDNANCE LLC.
2005 - 2006
Daytona Beach, Florida Manufacturing Engineer
Processing, fixture & tool designing, CNC programming and initial setups for AO'
s (Advanced-Ordnance) Multi-axis machines, inspection (QC) and even being a tool
maker. Held total responsibility for the development of M-16 & SCAR weapon proj
ects. The M-16 bolt project was in production before my arrival. AO assigned the
M-16 project to me, and in approximately 2 month's time I increased production
by 12%. After a total of 4 months, production was increased to 28%. The SCAR wea
pon project would have the same prospect standpoint when completed. I achieved
that without costly capital expensive, utilization of all original equipments an
d personal. Typically, all other of AO's projects would have the same outlook. T
he improvement of productivity, non-conforming parts percentage would diminish a
nd most important, improvement of tool life!

: Provided on-call, emergency support for AO's second and third shift personnel.
: Programming of swiss type screw machines & mill/turn CNC machining centers
: Created operation and quality process sheets.
: Trained personal on-site to maintain and operate all Multi-axis machine center

cure Predator Systems with contracts of
$83 million from Raytheon and General Dynamics defense projects such as PAVE-WAY
3 BUNKER BUSTER & AAAV-EFI,the
new U.S. MARINE Landing vehicle. The new manufacturing facility reduced outside
vender support down to 15%, in which was mostly micro laminate circuit boards. T
he transformation of the companies warehouse to a manufacturing facility yield i
n $5-$7 million in profit yearly, but opened other doors for generating addition
al sales in the commercial market .
: Set-up new facility and shop floor design for production lines.
: Directed purchasing to suppliers for raw materials.

d a quality level for product manufacture,
according to MIL-I-45208.
: Negotiated purchases for new state of the art CNC machine centers & cells (5
axis milling centers & multi axis Mill/Turn
machining centers 10 axis with robotic loader )
: Hired and trained approximately 30 employees, on all shifts.
