Former, BB&T Payroll Services was a provider of payroll, human resource, and ben
efits outsourcing solutions for small to medium-sized businesses throughout the
BB&T footprint.
Business Analyst - IT Services/Product Support
* Acted as the liaison between the business unit and development team. Gathered
and documented all business requirements for the development of the QlikView ADP
tax archive application and Pega Sales/Implementation application. Documented r
equirements consist of but not limited to use case/testing documentation, projec
t plan schedule, and training material.
* Successfully completed the business development of the QlikView ADP tax archiv
e application and the Pega Sales/Implementation application. Both applications
were being utilized on a daily basis by internal staff which included the Presid
