EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Seasoned procurement specialist with a history of leadership in procurement and


supply chain. Driver in streamlining HP's inventory goals and successful in elim
inating operating expenses by over $800,000 per year while still single handedly
managing over $20 million in annual spend. I was the business units planner, ar

corporated into our business PC, consumer PC's, CTO notebooks and workstations.
I have been chartered to deliver (1) assurance of supply in a JIT supply chain,
(2) competitive cost, (3) flawless NPI/EOL, and (4) competitive intelligence to
enable an effective strategy for the business. Duties and responsibility include

* Supplier selection & qualification thru RFQ & e-auction / interviews / site a

* Forged contract development relationships requiring cost and contract negotia
tions and the implementation of SLA's and filings of NDA's

e delivery performance, quality, supplier's ability to maintain WOS goals agains

* Key negotiator in the completion of hub agreements between suppliers and CM
* Worked closely with customer, engineering and 3rd party design houses on cust
om BTO packaging

otiations, ECO implementation, invoicing and quality issues etc.

Commodity Planner 2001 to 2003
Responsible for the procurement, development and implementation of materials pro
cesses to meet production, cost, flexibility, and predictability objectives in a
high-volume, complex environment. Managed the cost-effective expenditures of co
mpany assets, and nurtured relationship between Hewlett Packard and it CM's.

Responsible for all aspects of the customer's order. As part of a team effort ou
r job was to conceptualize, develop and implement solutions to problems and addr
ess specific customer needs. Also, created and reported on any number of metrics
from EDI fallouts to production TAT's.

modities including toner and DAT tape. Worked closely with Planning and Logistic
