Objective: To rectify the problem in induction heater TIH220M supplied recently.

1. Customer facied the problems of a)Horizontal sliding yoke is got struck in th
e guides b)vibartion & sound in the heater is very high.
2. Taken the trail with the used bearing.The bearing is reached the set temperat
ure and heater cuts offs. And also its demagnetised.And there is no error messag
e on the display.
3. So we confirms there is no electirical & demagneting issues.
4. Then i have checked for mechanical releted issues. Where we found that horizo
ntal yoke is not touching the vertical yoke. And also one screw is came out and
struck between the two guide rollers.Due to that the HZ yoke is not sliding.
5. We disassembled the guides & horizontal yoke, And tighten the screws in guide
s. After assembling - sliding issue is solved.
6. But still there was an gap between the yokes. So we decided to take an slot o
n the guides for 3 mm at bolt position.
7. The issue of high vibraton is sorted out by moving down the gides by 2 mm
