Director of Distribution Operations - Louisville (2007-2010)
Drove the day-to-day operations in regards to 100K processed units weekly (~1M d
uring peak release season) for this ~500K sq ft facility and 2 offsite storage b
uildings. Chaired staff meetings to establish daily objectives. Reviewed prior d
ay's achievements, and addressed backlogs and customer service issues. Reported
to Corporate daily concerning operational numbers such as units shipped, cost pe
