Oversee the strategic planning and operational management of benefits, compensat
ion, leave of absence, HRMS, and training and development impacting 3,800 union
and non-union associates located in all 50 states and operating within a complex
organizational structure. Spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives to introduce en
hanced benefit offerings while aggressively controlling healthcare-related expen
ses. Direct HRMS and payroll strategies including planning and executing system-
wide upgrades and module rollouts. Co-lead the Notification Team for the Emergen
cy Response Program, influencing development in the areas of safety, critical in
cident response, human factors, and Employee Assistance Programs. Serve as the 4
01(k) Administrative Committee Chairperson. Provide leadership to a team of up t
o 3 direct and 12 indirect reports.
* Created the communication strategy to effectively deploy a HSA medical plan fo
r non-union team members-in conjunction with a Limited FSA and employer contribu
tion feature-providing associates with the information and tools needed to fuel
consumer-conscious and cost-effective treatment decisions.
* Played an integral role in mapping the competencies of NetJets' senior leaders
hip team, serving as a member of the Succession Planning Project Team performing
a top-level talent review and roundtable process.
* Member of the strategic executive team charged with researching, interviewing,
and selecting a 401(k) broker, collaborating with Legal to establish an ERISA r
eimbursement account for plan expenses.
* Developed and administered a clear compensation philosophy and merit/bonus pro
gram, eliminating perceived unfairness by aligning compensation and incentive pl
ans through definition of job descriptions and deliverables. Introduced an enhan
ced Service Award Program that resulted in improved employee relations and boost
ed morale.
* Secured unprecedented efficiency gains through coordination of performance man
agement processes, integrating talent management and ADP HRMS systems to automat
e HR functions and drive achievement of deliverables.
* Instrumental during the reduction in force of 300 employees and the furlough o
f 500 pilots, working closely with Executive and Legal teams to address administ
rative, benefits, and employee relations concerns.
* Co-chair and serve as a Board Member for the NetJets Pilot Assistance Program-
creating the programs critical to the achievement of NetJets record of excellenc
e and maintenance of required flight certifications-involving collaboration with
FAA representatives, medical professionals, and key union and organizational le
aders.
* Led a team charged with defining NetJets' talent strategy, and assisted in the
selection and implementation of the Talent Management System, analyzing existin
g training methodologies and establishing on-line and on-demand access to traini
ng courses to maximize the value of professional development ventures.
