inal located at Port Canaveral, Florida.

closed circuit TV monitoring, access control, and automated gate control.
* Supervised, reviewed or programmed the PLC using ISA-S88, ISA-94, and DCS meth
odology.
* The process pressure, temperature, flow instrumentation and tank valve control
s used Foundation Fieldbus (FFB) components. The valve control for the distribu
tion manifolds used actuator sensor interface (AS-I) bus components.
* The CPM schedule and man-hour loading were performed using Primavera P6.

Seaport Canaveral Inc., Cape Canaveral, Florida
Duties include the coordination, development and implementation of the electrica
l distribution and instrumentation for the greenfield fuel storage terminal loca
ted at Port Canaveral, Florida. While managing multiple contractors, I ensured
the development of single line diagrams, equipment layout/ locations, instrument
loop & installation drawings, interconnect drawings, and integrated network bus
drawings. Supervision of EC's electrical & instrument installation and safety
compliance was verified. The SCADA system and all instrumentation and communica
tion bus systems were verified and implemented.
* Managed multiple contractors, and coordinated various engineering specialties
for an organized systematic operational on-schedule start-up of prduction operat
ions.
* Designed or reviewed all aspects of the facility from concept through detailed
design review, and instaallation.
