rols, administrative and reporting procedures, and required personnel were in pl
ace to effectively grow the organization through operating efficiency.
CAREER MILESTONES
* Assisted in increasing plant production to accommodate more than 150 MM in cre
dit cards up from 4 MM first year.
* Developed and implemented a complete quality inspection process that reduced s
crap from approximately 38% to 10.4%.
* Initiated and led an aggressive safety program to reduce workers compensation
costs.
* Implemented and documented new processes to insure Six Sigma / Lean Manufactur
ing level performance that resulted in a significant reduction in returns, less
downtime, and major improvements in productivity and maintenance.
* Defined critical benchmarks for operations and production in numerous areas in
cluding quality, downtime, scrap, cost reduction, order cycle time, and on-time
shipment.
