NARRATIVE
COMPLAINANT AND SUSPECT BECAME INVOLVED IN A VERBAL ARGUMENT WHICH LED TO A
PHYSICAL CONFRONTATION. AFTER THE CONFRONTATION WAS OVER THE SUSPECT RETRIEVED
A RIFLE FROM HIS VEHICLE AND SHOT THE COMPLAINANT MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE BACK. THE
SUSPECT THEN FLED THE LOCATION IN HIS VEHICLE. THE COMPLAINANT WAS TRANSPORTED
TO PARKLAND HOSPITAL IN DALLAS WHERE HE LATER DIED AS A RESULT OF HIS INJURIES. END
OF ELEMENTS.
