Systems Analyst IV eCommerce - EMEA (2001-Present - United Kingdom): Provide key
support for server infrastructure. Design and implement technical solutions to
facilitate transmission of messages between internal and external partners on a
global scale. Ensure unimpeded flow of data between warehouses and distribution
centres located in the US, Australia, Asia and Europe. Support trade compliance

switches and routers to implement CAT5 and TCP/IP and deployed 400+ Windows com
puters.
* Implemented AS400-based Lotus Notes system, updating email communications from
old modem connection and managing all facets of rollout, including documentatio
n.
* Proposed and implemented upgrade to notebooks for sales team, negotiating tele
communications contract and deploying ISDN/T1 connectivity for 300+ staff.
* Saved 60k per month in communications costs by deploying telecommunications sy
stem that charged all calls between offices and field representatives as local c
