Project Manager for an effort to migrate a small end-user application to an ente
rprise-wide system. Worked
with teams to develop and document requirements, aligned project with SDLC objec
tives, created project plan
for several project phases, managed action items, risks, and all SDLC documentat
ion. Coordinated work
across several matrix teams. Additionally, served as a Service Relationship Mana
ger for the creation of
