Project Manager - Service Relationship Manager
Project Manager for an effort to migrate a small end-user application to an ente
rprise-wide system. Worked
with teams to develop and document requirements, aligned project with SDLC objec
tives, created project plan
for several project phases, managed action items, risks, and all SDLC documentat
ion. Coordinated work
across several matrix teams. Additionally, served as a Service Relationship Mana
ger for the creation of
corporate standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Coordinated matrix resources
and gathered SLA data,
wrote SLA documents, and negotiated data delivery timings between business teams
and
operational/development teams.
* Assigned to Project Management for the project as it approached a major milest
one but was behind
schedule. Created various "what-if" scenarios for the current and future phases
of the project. Coordinated
team members and helped to focus the team on the essential elements to reach the
milestone.
* Transitioned the project to a newer, more comprehensive version of SDLC per co
rporate standards.
* Coordinated with Development, Test, Release Management, and Configuration Mana

form a release plan.
