1. All defendants must be served with the summons and complaint and proof of service on

all defendants must be filed by JULY 14, 2011.

2. A case management conference is set for JULY 28, 2011, AT 3:00 P.M. Please file a joint

case management statement by July 21, 2001.

3. Plaintiff must serve a copy of this case management order on all defendants.
