Small Summary:
As a graduate of the U.S.A.F. and college, I bring discipline and determination
. I received my Mechanical Design degree in 1983. Because of my discipline and
determination, companies offered me Quality Assurance positions. You must have
a very broad base of knowledge in the Quality Assurance field pertaining to prod
uction processes, secondary operation. Especially out side finishing such as pa
int, plating and heat-treating. Not to mention threads, taps, gauging, Visual I
nspection procedures, deburring techniques and the proper sequence of events.

ANALYSIS: Materials, machining, hardness, proper gauges, etc.

Successfully engineered all kinds of Quality Assurance inspection methods in
cluding: Deburring, Machining, Visual & Packaging Methods; resulting in more ef
ficiency & cost savings.

VISUAL INSPECTION - STAINLESS STEEL , ALUMINUM ,

CASTINGS AND THESE WERE IN THE FORM OF ASSEMBLES ,
SUB-ASSEMBLES. A LOT OF THESE UNITS ARE USED IN RF COMMUTATION HOUSINGS , AL
SO PAINTING , AND PROPER ACID ETCH , VACUUM SEALING TO PREVENT CONDENSATION INS
IDE THE ELECTRONIC UNITS.

OTHER SKILLS
Familiar with many specifications specific to many companies. I have approxi
mately 15 years in the QA field : Handling blueprints, schematics, computers and
have kept my skills honed. The latest acquired skill is a VISION INSPECTION sy
stem. One that uses two CRT's to inspect and simultaneously print out SPC and In
spection reports. While keeping my computer skills in form, I have been Managin
g Rental Property , maintenance on Rental Property . I have a Tractor that I he
lp the Handicapped , Elderly , and Retired keep their driveways free of Snow .
I have run my own business, bartended in the evenings and have been a camp couns
elor, all of which takes good listening and communication skills, but mostly goo
d business ethics. My responsibilities have included $4-5 million of annual rev
enue. All of which is a team effort. Consistently, I have verified a reduction
in production costs, eliminated scrap and reduced rework. I have been given man
y difficult tasks because I always follow through.
