Sales Accomplishments
* Honored to have received the award for the 1999 "Salesperson of the Year",
Single Family Detached. Which was for the, "Recognition of Outstanding New
Home Sales by Sales and Marketing Council, Homebuilders Association of
Maryland."
* Successfully sold new homes since 1983, Singles, Townhomes, Multifamily
* Strong ability to increase sales of projects that were previously not meeting
sales goals
*Responsible for directing and closing sales of new homes at 1 or more new home
projects with management of sales assistants, properties, advertising and
promotion, and consultative direction concerning design of homes, strategic
planning and marketing.
NEW HOME SALES-
* Follow up by telephone on prospect leads; highly successful in obtaining
appointment for sales presentation.
* Present home options, upgrades within the house; promote neighborhood,
growth of area, and development of project.
Coordinate and assist buyers with market research and listing of their existing
home. Write contingency contracts with negotiation for a sale price on their
current home.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
* Manage sales office operations including ensuring ample
brochures, sales forms and materials are available for
prospects and visitors.
* Maintain lot ID signs according to site plans.
PROSPECT MANAGEMENT-
* Maintain hundreds of prospect cards recorded according to project, date and
contacts.
* Highly successful at developing leads and serious interest in properties
through telemarketing projects by telephone.
SALES CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
*Manage the new home contract from signing to walk-thru, a six month process.
* Moniter the construction of the new home to ensure all upgrades and options
are constructed according to the contract agreement.
* Serve as liaison between buyer and builder; maintaining records on
construction status and sales of buyer's current home.
* Prepare weekly report of construction status for buyers.
* Attend all settlements; assist with construction, project and builder
information.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATION-
* Member of the Design Team for new developments. Review and advise on home
designs and interiors. Provide valuable consumer information to builder in
designing marketable homes.
* Travel to visit new home developments to keep current with trends, products
and sales techniques.
* Participate in planning marketing strategies with advertising agency and
management concerning print and other advertising.
SUPERVISION OF SALES ASSISTANTS-
* Successfully recruit, train and develop highly competent sales assistants to
introduce homes and provide an outstanding professional image for the
project. Also train sales assistant to participate in tracking construction
of contracted homes, assisting with contract work, and maintaining prospect
follow-up system.
* Able to motivate Sales Assistants to utilize public relations techniques
resulting in a successful 2nd contact rate and ultimately achieving a high
level of sales.
* Trained Sales Assistants who were promoted into advanced positions, Sales
Directors on new projects.
CORPORATE SALES TRAINING-
* Recruited by company president to train new home and resale division sales
associates in Motivational Seminars. Developed presentation techniques

presentation techniques.
