rsonal Lines (PL) & PASD) to capture budget related census and then convert thos
e numbers into costs by project, by manager, and by area.
a Created an automated Cost/Benefit analysis spreadsheet to be used in the evalu
ation of potential IT projects and as a means to create fiscal accountability fo
r IT initiatives as well as a means to evaluate successful financial performance
against a set of established estimates. Ultimately, this spreadsheet was built
into a LNDB application and populated with actual monthly results. Used to com
municate to senior management and sponsors of project status.
a Developed, again with the assistance of a LNDB Administrator, an online refore
cast tool that enabled project managers to update their projectas current resour
ce estimates out 18 months while capturing actual results on a monthly basis. T
his facilitated a much smoother annual budget cycle.

ce applications for the St. Paul/Travelers merger.
