Responsible for all underground utilities layout and installation. Worked with c
ity officials, agencies and subcontractors on all water and drainage layouts to
bring new city water line from downtown area to remote jobsite seven (7) miles a
way. Work included two (2) pump stations, with a 1500 ft. rise in elevation.
Primarily responsible to inspect and approve all work from 3 million sf cut and
fill, blasting, rock crushing, compaction, trenching, site utilities, rebar form
work and all concrete placement, including setting precast panels. Eleven Build
ings include Administration Offices, Security Control Room, Health Services, Com
plete Medical Facility, X-ray rooms, Full Dental and Surgical Rooms, Inmate Hous
ing, Psychiatric Facility, Full athletic field, Full Educational Facility, Fire
arms and Weapons Training Facility. Also directly supervised installation of Do
uble Security Fence Ribbon Wire and Lethal Security Electronics.
Insured that all specifications and federal guidelines (T.D.G.) were met.
Responsible for all inspections from slab layout to finished roof. Completed al
l field reports including daily federal log reports, reviewing construction cont
