ng. In my most recent position as Vice President/Service Manager of a high volu
me branch with Citizen's Business Bank, I was responsible for the overall branch
operations and audits and worked closely with the bank's high value clients to
accurately identify their business needs and preferences and proactively offer s
olutions. In this capacity, I investigated, analyzed, and resolved customer iss
ues, which resulted in an excellent record of customer satisfaction and retentio
n. In addition, I was responsible for the staff training program, which was so
successful that many of my team members advanced to company headquarters, which
was located in the same building. My tenure with the organization provided a com
prehensive understanding of banking procedures and a highly specialized knowledg
e of the industry, business interests, and current economic conditions.
