healthcare management, ambulatory services, healthcare partners and foundation.
Director of Physician Practices and Strategic Initiatives
Lead business planning, finance and operations for 9 Pocono Medical Center-owned
physician practices. Establish goals, strategic initiatives and budgets. Ensure
best-practice performance and initiate corrective action for budget and benchma
rk variances. Project manages all construction/practice relocations within the p
hysicianas network as well as strategic initiatives such as Electronic Medical R
ecords (EMR), Urgent Care and Retail Health Centers. Concurrently, direct accoun
ting and information systems functions and personnel, including receivables, pay
roll, and reimbursement and revenue reporting for Pocono Healthcare Management.
